Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, work email address, and optionally your company name, together with the project type, project stage, budget range, timeline, and the project summary you write.

If you apply for a job through the Careers pages, we collect the application details and, if you choose to attach one, your resume file. That is described in full under “Job applications and recruitment” below.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains, including your email address and any details you include.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party embeds, and it does not set any cookies of its own.

We use the information you send for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to discuss possible work with you. That may involve replying by email, asking follow-up questions, and preparing a proposal.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter on the basis of an enquiry.

This website is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse. That processing is carried out by Cloudflare as our hosting provider under their own terms.

We do not combine this technical data with contact enquiries, and we do not use it to build a profile of visitors.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us through a form-handling service configured for this site. That provider processes the content of your submission solely to deliver it to us. If you would prefer not to use a third-party service, please email us directly instead.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. It is not visible to you, is skipped by keyboard navigation, and exists only to detect automated submissions.

If you apply for a position through the Careers pages, we collect the details you enter on the application form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, city and state, the position you selected, your confirmation that you are a U.S. citizen, your weekly availability, and your introduction. Optional fields — the resume file, if you attach one — LinkedIn, portfolio, GitHub, an introduction video link, languages and proficiency, preferred working hours and time zone, and any additional message — are collected only if you fill them in.

We use this information for one purpose: to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and to contact you about it. Applications are not used for marketing, are not sold, and are not shared with anyone outside Solvexa Systems apart from the email provider that delivers them to us.

Your application is sent to Solvexa Systems as an email to our recruitment address. A resume, where you attach one, travels as an attachment to that email; it is not stored in any public location on this website and no public link to it is created. A copy of your application therefore lives in our access-controlled email account.

Please do not include sensitive identification numbers or financial information in an application. We do not ask for a Social Security number, passport, driver’s licence, birth certificate, citizenship document, bank details or tax identification number at any point in the initial application, and you should not send them.

You can ask us what application information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you applied with and we will act on it.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the discussion it relates to, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If a project goes ahead, related correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and any period required for legal or accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.

We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this website and our email — the hosting provider, the form-handling provider, and our email provider. Each processes data on our behalf and for no other purpose.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, or include enough detail for us to identify the correspondence. We will respond within a reasonable period.

This site is served over HTTPS, sets restrictive security headers, and loads no third-party scripts. Enquiry correspondence is held in access-controlled email accounts.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or other credentials through the contact form or by email.

This website offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date shown above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
