Test web applications, document defects and help ensure that released features work as expected.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications and acceptance criteria
- Create and execute test cases
- Test web interfaces and application workflows
- Record defects with clear reproduction steps
- Confirm bug fixes
- Perform regression testing
- Test desktop and mobile behavior
- Communicate risks before release
- Work with developers to clarify defects
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Experience testing web or software applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write clear bug reports
- Understanding of browser-based applications
- Ability to create test cases
- Ability to work independently
- Clear written communication
- Automation testing experience is helpful but not required
